A painting completed

I've been working on a large painting for about two months now, getting up early in the morning to do a bit before I leave for work. It's acrylic on canvas and is about four feet by just under three feet -- bigger than the table I was working on. I was hoping to finish it before I went on holiday but have only just got to the point where I feel I can probably leave it now.
Here's a sequence of pictures that I took while it was in progress.

Oh my! That's a shock to the system!! What a brilliant piece of work ... kudos to you to having such a wonderful talent! Sly dog ... though of course I never asked "So, do you paint as well?"

Are you keeping it? Excellent. Excellent.

This is STUNNING, absolutely gorgeous. The colours are superb - I love the apparent movement of the clowns, even when we are so close to them.

Now I'm not usually a fan of clowns (creepy!) but these I LOVE!

I'll be back for another look later.

Jane, this is beyond talented. It is magnifique!! Are you going to exhibit or sell it or is it for home display? It deserves a wide audience so I hope it gets well deserved exposure here... plus an offer for an exhibition from someone. I am gobsmacked by the skill of it all. What a star.
